Returns and refunds

Returns:

You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, We will pay for the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please email barkingmadbuilds@gmail.com.au with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

* Custom or personalised orders

* Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Missing Items

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation!
**However, please be aware that we don't consider a parcel 'lost' in the post until it has been a full 20 days (Australia) and I will not replace an item sooner than this.**

Normally this time is much shorter, but due to the large shipping delays because of COVID-19, we have had to extend this timeframe.
